Former paratrooper Nick Dunn said he wanted to continuing working in the maritime security business despite being jailed in India
Pirate-hunter Nick Dunn will continue to forge a career in maritime security despite his job costing him his freedom.
The former paratrooper suffered months of hell at the hands of the Indian authorities when he was jailed for the alleged illegal possession of weapons in October.
Nick, of Ashington, Northumberland, told the Sunday Sun he hoped to return to work once the charges were quashed.
The 28-year-old said: “I want to stay in the private security business. I want to come home and see my family before but I’ll end up working again.
“I will still work in the maritime security industry because it’s what I’m trained to do…”
